Androulla Loizou is our Safer Recruitment Officer. All references and DBS’S are applied for when a new practitioner starts at Tom Thumb Nursery.
Our practitioners are recruited using our ‘Safer Recruitment Policy’ where they are fully checked and all have relevant childcare qualifications and experience to deliver the highest standards of care and education to your child.
We encourage all staff to update their qualification and attend relevant training such as First Aid, Safe guarding and Behaviour Management Etc.
